Fullstack Developer/Backend( Remote - Argentina Only)

Varicent is looking for a Staff Backend Software Developer to join their Incentives Development team. The role involves building new features for the REST API and enhancing the AWS infrastructure using C# and AWS CloudFormation. The team uses React and Redux frameworks and is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in every project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., C#, Java, C++)
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift)
• Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and challenges in handling large-scale data
• Understanding of Software Design fundamentals
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
• English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
