Position Description: As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be the technological pillar of strategic projects, mentor developers, and have the opportunity to directly influence architecture choices, technology directions, and development best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership: guide and support the development team, defining architectures and the logic behind software solutions.
  • Design and development: analyze requirements, write specifications, design robust architectures, and code high-performance, scalable solutions.
  • Innovation & quality: propose innovative approaches, experiment with new technologies, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Client collaboration: act as the technical reference for clients and partners, simplifying and securing their understanding of technical aspects.
  • Delivery & deployment: oversee integration, testing, deployment, and automation of solutions in real-world environments.
  • Monitoring & continuous improvement: stay abreast of the latest technology trends and suggest ongoing enhancements to products and processes.

Technology Stack & Requirements: We are looking for a passionate technical leader in Full Stack development with solid hands-on and strategic experience.

Required Skills:

  • Back-end: Go
  • Front-end: Next.js, Vue.js
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
  • Architecture & integration: microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, message brokers (Kafka)
  • Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Grafana, CI/CD, Git
  • IoT: protocols (MQTT, LoRaWAN), industrial IoT platforms (asset)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or DEC with equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including several in a technical lead role.
  • Strong mastery of object-oriented and concurrent programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide a team to success and influence strategic decisions.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
